Who we are

The Kadra app and service are operated by Vokhidjon Rakhimov. Questions and requests: abdulvohid233@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account: email, a hash of your password (never the password itself), app language, plan. If you sign in with Google or Apple — their user identifier and email.
• Content: your channel goal, settings, scripts, translations, generated videos and thumbnails.
• Connected accounts: YouTube and Instagram access tokens (encrypted), channel name and identifier, statistics of your videos (views, retention).
• Device: push notification token.
• Security and accounting: sign-in attempts, IP address (in the security log), AI costs and limits.

We do not collect payment card data, contacts, location, camera or microphone data.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: planning your channel, creating videos, publishing the videos you approve to YouTube and Instagram, showing statistics, protecting your account and enforcing limits. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

YouTube and Google

The app uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the YouTube channel you connect, update the channel description and read your videos’ statistics. By using the app you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google uses data: Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Instagram

We use Meta’s official API to publish Reels to, and read statistics of, the Instagram professional account you connect. Meta’s policy: Instagram Privacy Policy.

Who we share data with

Only what is needed to provide the service:

• Anthropic (Claude) — channel goal and script text (planning, writing, translation, moderation);
• ElevenLabs — the text to be voiced; Pexels, Kling or Google Veo — short scene descriptions;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot checks; Expo — push notifications; our email provider — confirmation emails;
• cloud servers and file storage (European Union).

No email, name or other personal data is sent to AI providers.

How long we keep it

Account and content — until you delete them. Security log — 365 days. Encrypted backups — up to 8 weeks, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

• Download your data: Profile → “Export my data”.
• Delete your account: Profile → “Delete account”. Your account, channels, videos and files are deleted immediately, and our access to YouTube, Instagram, Google and Apple is revoked.

Security

All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with argon2id, connected-account tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and backups are encrypted.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will tell you in the app and update this page.
